This is Dona Massin of Winnipeg.
She was a choreographer on The Wizard of Oz.
Dona pushed for "Over the Rainbow" to be included in the film, and she originated the skip performed on the Yellow Brick Road.
Producer Mervyn Leroy even put her in the film for good luck.
