I don't want this buried. I just witnessed DPS tell protestors in the TX capitol they had to leave because of an active 🔫. When pressed, the officer said they had 5 mins. No swat or local pd responded. There was no urgency. No shelter in place. No reports on citizenapp. They lied. Period.

I've been hiring since 2011. If a candidate showed up to an interview with no knowledge of the role, tasks and refused to answer questions, with hostility, they REALLY aren't likely to get the position. This is basic. Why can't we have a better standard for public officials?
