I discovered a pretty awesome open source project that makes working with logs from systemd, containers, and Kubernetes a piece of cake.

So I wrote about it.
Lazyjournal: A Log Viewer for Cloud Native Environments
Lazyjournal is a TUI log viewer that aggregates logs from various sources, providing a unified interface for developers and system administrators.

Whether Twitter/X went down multiple times for extended periods today was due to a DDoS, misconfiguration, not paying the bills, or whatever doesn't matter as much as it happening in general

Whatever the reason just shows just how far the platform has fallen from where it was

This is interesting (kordent) managing K8s clusters on-premises, in the cloud, Hybrid env's.

You can define your cluster in one cloud environment, such as AWS, then re-use that definition in another cloud, like Azure, which is largely unchanged.

Unpopular opinion: The main value of CKA, CKAD, and CKS is not in the certificate itself but in the preparation phase.

Having said that, allow me to present a new iximiuz Labs challenge by Adam Leskis 👏

🔍 I was super skeptical about Backstage at first. Some architectural choices seem off and the plugin installation and configuration are a pain. However, now I think I get it. I might be changing my mind about Backstage.
