In a world where all of us perfectly “passed” this would still be an issue. On some level we’re describing misogyny here.. not even TRANS misogyny but the idea that men (or even sexual partners) get to determine what makes us women rather than ourselves
More bluntly: some guys (and others) prefer us to be “all the way” and have a vagina. Some wants us to be the idealized she-male dream have breasts but, uh, not a vagina.
Some would rather we not have any medical changes at all.
