My cortisol is high at 11pm & in the morning
All I keep getting from docs is, you are fine, it's all in your head, eat healthy, move more, sleep, meditate
It's obvious my body is severely inflamed and under stress and no one wants to do anything until I'm MORE sick

been sewing eyelets for weeks. probably made close to 450-500 of them. i haven't gotten any recent work, but here's some i made a few weeks back that aren't so pretty, but are super contrasty and noticeable.

Sewing with silk velvet is so tough but so rewarding. It takes so much prep and the most delicate hands. 🥵 I'm always too scared to do anything other than hand sewing with it... and so I hand sew this entire piece 😂
