Nobody in the airport wants to hear the videos you are playing on your phone or your loud conversations with your mom. Currently being treated to someone’s deranged MAGA propaganda video and wondering why we don’t hear more about rage incidents in the actual airport.

At Benito Juarez airport in Puerto Vallarta. Why do they tell you to arrive three hours early when the service desks are often not open until an hour before your flight? Why are there no chairs? Why don’t the self-service kiosks work? I’m hoping when the new terminal opens things are a bit better.
