Some public servants may have been forced to leave the federal government, but they surely have not stopped fighting for the American people.
Today we’re bringing together hundreds of former federal workers, government leaders, and public service experts at our first Civil Service Strong Convening.

We’re dedicated to turning this current governmental crisis into a catalyst for generational change.

Agreed. #TACOTrump backed away from the plan when the rest of the world and even some Republican pols were criticizing it as Russian-originated
I'm skeptical that Trump's make Ukraine surrender plan wasn't real.

Trump envoy Witkoff negotiated it, details and threats to Ukraine were public for multiple days, and Rubio didn't dispute it then, only after the plan got a bad reception and rejected by Europe.

Look like attempting to save face.
Republican Senator Mike Rounds said Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in a call to senators, confirmed the so-called 28-point “peace plan” was actually a Russian wishlist and is “not the administration’s position”. Nor is there any threat to cut off weapons or intelligence to Ukraine.

We do know who killed JFK. The Warren Commission was an incredibly thorough and good-faith effort to prove and document what had happened, which they did. The conspiracy theories arose in spite of best efforts to avoid them, but there really isn't anything they could have reasonably done better.
My first political memory - exactly 62 years ago right now, a 4-year-old boy trying to understand his mom's tears - is still the biggest event in my lifetime. We still (IMO) don't *really* know who killed JFK, but we know the public's trust was shattered. It's a straight line to today's mess

There are going to be prominent Democrats and mainstream media voices who insist that we have to "turn the page" and "forgive and forget" and they should all be roundly ignored, if not mercilessly mocked.
It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.

We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.

We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

What a shit show. Everyone could see this plan was written by the Kremlin. Adopted by Witkoff and Trump who demanded Ukraine accept it by this Thursday. After a firestorm of objections by Europe and Republican senators it appears Rubio wants to distance himself from it.

What we really need to pay attention to are his threats to the profits of media corporations.

While millions of Americans are trying to make ends meet, massive displays of wealth like this are distasteful & a reminder of how extreme the wealth gap has become in America. Kris Jenner can throw a multi-million dollar party at Jeff Bezos’ mansion, while his own workers fight for living wages.
