If only commercial interests matter legally now and claiming you were oppressed as a Christian, though still a majority faith in the US then, guess other kinds of Christians need sue Fed gov and Christian nationalists and specific sects for hurting their brand and thus potential member donations.

(Because preserving life on earth rather than trying to end and being about apocalypse and rapture (again, what is the next date??) is very much so part of many a practicing Christian’s’ faith tradition and architecture and engineering and design is expressive conduct and speech too.)

If the SCOTUS finds professional licensure can never be regulated in a way that could be construed as impinging on the first amendment or religious liberty à la torture/conversion therapy of kids, then engineers can build buildings designed collapse as exercising dominion per their Christian values.

Not a close question but still a relief that rule of law mostly holding in courts.

And wow is the regime lawless and if issues insurrection act or martial law order (though been slow rolling by other means) that it should not be given force of law but rather be go time to remove the lawless regime.
