JFC. A guy murdered a woman and it’s on Frey to “bring down the temperature?”
WELKER: Do you bear any responsibility to bring down the temperature?

FREY: Of course. But I dropped an F bomb and they killed somebody. I think the killing somebody is the inflammatory element here and not the F bomb.

Homan: "We gotta stop the hateful rhetoric. Saying this officer is a murderer is dangerous. It's just ridiculous. It's gonna infuriate people more which means there's gonna be more incidents like this."

Last I checked, Article I, Section 9, Clause 7 of the US Constitution still exists.

No one can spend money in the US Treasury without congressional authorization.

This clause is central to the separation of powers.

A president with unilateral control over government funds is a dictator.

Is it possible that Trump and crew instructed Rodriguez to publicly condemn the invasion in order to "justify" a larger U.S. military occupation?
President Trump said on Saturday that Delcy Rodríguez was sworn in as Venezuela’s interim president and would act as a partner in letting the U.S. run the country. Less than two hours later, Rodríguez made clear she viewed the U.S. as an illegal invader that must be rejected.
Venezuela’s Interim Leader Defies Trump and Calls Maduro the ‘Only President’
President Trump said that Venezuela’s new leader, Delcy Rodríguez, would help the United States run Venezuela. She quickly said the opposite.

“amassing wealth through corruption” you say?

Like, oh I don’t know, creating a crypto company that takes direct payments from foreign countries or say, selling pardons?

That kind of “amassing wealth through corruption”?
Cilia Flores, who was captured by the U.S. with her husband, Venezuela’s longtime authoritarian president, Nicolás Maduro, is one of the country’s most powerful political figures. She helped consolidate his rule while controlling the judiciary and amassing wealth through corruption, experts say.

1. Yes, Trump launching a new military operation overseas without Congress’ prior declaration of war or authorization of force is almost certainly unlawful.

2. No, there is no real chance the courts will stop it.

Unfortunately our Constitution means little when the judiciary won’t enforce it.

The blame for alleged fraud in Minnesota belongs to conservatives
Privatization and a lack of oversight creates a vicious cycle.

It's like a rapist complaining that she fought back so both sides are in the wrong
This is the Russia/Ukraine equivalent of "there are very fine people-on both sides"
Q: Some are saying Russia's recent attacks show Putin isn't serious about peace

TRUMP: Ukraine has made some very strong attacks also. I don't say that negatively. There have been explosions in various parts of Russia. I don't think it came from the Congo. I don't think it came from the USA.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.
