“When will the military say enough?” The oath isn’t to a man. It’s to the Constitution. Illegal orders aren’t orders they’re crimes. At what point do lawful soldiers refuse to be tools of an authoritarian regime?

Although the Nobel Committee felt the need to make the unprecedented announcement clarifying that the Nobel Peace Prize "can neither be revoked, shared, nor transferred to others" – once Machado "gives" it to Trump, it will make no difference to him, for like a small child, he will have his new toy.

Kelly Morrison on a Twin Cities ICE facility she & other members of Congress tried to visit: "We were told to leave. We met with 2 of the commanding officers & they told us the reason we were not able to stay & meet with detainees is because the funding for ICE came from the 'Big Beautiful Bill.'"
