Only reason he ain't still in Minnesota is that J.J. McCarthy is cheaper. They knew a QB that got you to 14-3 was going to be looking for that coin to match.
I don't know what, if anything, can be generalized from Sam Darnold. He was legit bad with the Jets AND Panthers. But, those weren't exactly stellar franchises and he had no talent around him. In MN and Seattle, he has been on *great* teams.

And the sooner this acceptance happens, the sooner we can do the real work of surviving this shit and helping others to do so instead of explaining it to the same people who are a part of that "large group of people."
The general public needs to accept that there's a large group of people that are gleeful about state violence, whether warranted or not, especially if it's a demographic they don't like. And they're making excuses for the bloodlust instead of like...feeling rueful for the death in the first place.
