The SAVE Act would require Americans to show a passport or birth certificate in person just to register to vote.

This is one of the most blatant moves towards competitive authoritarianism that we have seen so far. This unit will obviously only “investigate” opposition politicians, to shove them down the same road as Tim Walz.
