Absolutely insane.

Every social media app is swarming with livestreams as a humanitarian flotilla is illegally intercepted by a hostile force in international waters.

BUT turn on any mainstream media channel right now and NOTHING.

It’s like they’re living in an alternate reality. What a failure.

Right wing media has had it in for Angela Rayner from the start - they couldn’t bear a working class woman being so powerful & dynamic. She made a mistake and has paid heavily for it. Very much hope she’ll return at some point in the future - our politics desperately needs more voices like hers

A crime wave in small boats: why worry about facts?
Conservatives claim that small boat arrivals are 24 times more likely to be in prison than the average British citizen. Are they?

Parliament will debate the "Rejoin the EU" petition on 24th March.
Anyone serious about rejoin needs to bend their MPs ear to be there and support the petition.
We are gradually inching towards the EU. Here’s a round up of all the incremental steps we heard about in February plus the major shift in geopolitics that might speed things up ⤵️

Our place in Europe: what happened in February?
Brexit continues to bite, and the public mood is beginning to shift. Can the UK navigate the tsunami of world affairs from outside the EU?

BREAKING: UK PM Starmer has spoken to Zelenskyy & backed him after the attack from Trump.

“The PM expressed his support for President Zelenskyy as Ukraine’s democratically elected leader & said it was perfectly reasonable to suspend elections during war time as the UK did during World War II."

A 10-year-old has a better plan for stopping plastic pollution than most politicians.

Amaya Edwards discovered an Australian scheme that’s keeping rivers and oceans clean. So why hasn’t the UK adopted it?

We should really really copy Paris.
According to the City of Paris, in the last 10 years 150,000 trees have been planted and 45 hectares of parks created in the city, all intended to not only improve quality-of-life today, but also help the city adapt to and manage summer heatwaves of 50℃ (122F) by 2050.

Plant a lot more urban trees.
