Hi friends! Things are really starting to pick up here, for those that are new followers I make LEGO models and instructions! Usually from sci-fi franchises, but I enjoy doing my own stuff too.

Glenn Israel's recent comments on LinkedIn about leaving Halo Studios.

To me, this seems to obviously suggest AI use. Glenn has been with Halo since ODST, I honestly can't see him leaving like this for any other reason.

Seems Halo will become another casualty of the AI bubble. God I hate AI.

A LinkedIn post by former 343i Art Director Glenn Israel which reads: "As of today and after seventeen long years, I am officially no longer contributing to the Halo universe. I'm amazed he did so with such limited design software/pieces! A lot of my designs are only even possible thanks to all the newer pieces.

I've always wanted to try making Trek models with a more limited part catalog like this. Would be a fun challenge.

My new and improved, completely rebuilt, USS Enterprise-C model! Now with screen-accurate azure pieces! 675 pieces, 27cm/10.7in long. Really happy with the final result!

#StarTrek: The Motion Picture turns 45 today! It's my favorite Trek movie, so I made a couple #LEGO models to celebrate!

First, the USS Enterprise Refit/A. To this day one of the most beautiful ships in Trek, this one is 32cm/12.5in long & 487 pcs

My scale model of the USS Enterprise! 492 pieces, 34cm/13.5in long

I've had this one done for a WHILE, and forgot about it! But on the plus side, we got the dome pieces for the bussard collectors in the perfect new reddish-orange color since then!

That is good to know, thank you. Maybe we just make stuff that algorithms don't like lol 😅

One of my building programs can do building animations, gonna try that just to see. Maybe the "anticipation" of watching the model get built will help?

FB and IG have pretty much dried up, reddit still does pretty well but I try to be careful how often I post there.

I have a feeling the answer is making video content, but idk if I have the processing power for that...
