There’s a devastating feeling of déjà vu right now. Mainstream institutions are too eager to do Trump’s bidding and too many Democrats have gone skittish instead of fighting back against MAGA.

Spot on! I feel the same.
For me, the thing that knocked the wind out of me with this election is that I dared to believe America would get it right THIS time, that America was ready for a Woman President.
It hurt having that blind faith in neighbors, friends, and strangers smacked out of me.
