In keeping with Trump removing officials who challenge his lies, Pete Hegseth fired Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Kruse, head of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, after the agency’s intelligence assessment contradicted Trump’s claims of significant damage to Iranian nuclear sites from U.S. strikes.

Trump is lashing out with new executive orders targeted at specific law firms like Jenner&Block and WilmerHale.

Why? Because they had the guts to hold him accountable.

Trump can't understand and doesn't care about the Constitution, checks & balances, none of it. He wants blind loyalty and revenge

A strong trade union movement improves the standard of living for all people.

There is a reason why we are the only major country not to guarantee health care for all or have paid family and medical leave.

We must grow the trade union movement in the United States.

"Undeniable purpose of Trump’s attacks against America’s law firms is to destroy the independence of the legal profession in the United States & weaken the rule of law. That simple truth should inspire every American lawyer to stand up & join the defense."

It’s still hard to believe the simple fact that this is all self-imposed. Everything that’s happening right now wasn’t the result of some foreign adversary destroying the country. We did this all to ourselves by electing the dumbest motherfucker to ever rule a nation.

A former French military base, Vauban is a thriving neighbourhood of 5,500 residents connected to Freiburg town centre by bus and light rail. Built in the late 1990s as a radical experiment in low-car living, it forgoes virtually all on-street parking in favour of active, green, and social spaces. 🧵
