The US Environmental Protection Agency has stopped counting how many people die prematurely from air pollution.

Why? It’s how Trump’s lackeys justify gutting clean air standards that cut into corporate polluters’ profits. Profits EPA is very happy to keep counting, at the expense of YOUR health.
Reason 2: EPA says in the smoking gun document it just wants to protect the public from being misled about the health benefits of reducing air pollution, so EPA is just going to stop quantifying/monetizing the benefits AT ALL. Full stop.

Politicians won't say this enough or at all, but the single most important step to improve air quality in the United States would be to end the control of the Environmental Protection Agency by the Trump administration, its head, Lee Zeldin, and his political minions.
This Trump EPA rollback of clean air protections—refusing to require air pollution controls that have been employed for THREE DECADES—will let proliferating data centers pollute more by operating dirty turbines. insideepa.com/daily-news/e... ($)
