my med boot made me miss a few days of work entirely, but WFH starts tmrrw. hoping i still get a chance to make these every day; it’s been so nice to just push out ideas and let go of technical/production perfectionism.

Self-loathing is never worth it. Attempting to stick out many situations, is usually a waste of time. Try to save money, but also treat yourself occasionally. Know how to ask for help, regardless of your gender or family experiences. Put in effort, but don't become the one who does all the labor.

Travel if possible. Go to therapy & be willing to put in the work. Do the creative projects. Get in over your head a few times. Actually try to work with your idols/high-level people in your field. There's a middle ground between perfectionism and feral chaos goblinry, but I don't know what it is.

Moisturize & generally take care of your skin. Sometimes people can break up for grownup, dignified reasons, like just wanting different things. Enjoy sexytime things. Move your body because if you ever stop, you won't be able to move that way again easily.
