I wonder if withdrawing his statement makes his testimony moot. Or whether declaring DOGE embeds as actual agency employees remedies all this. Certainly not after the fact?

You don't have to support or even like the campus protests to recognize how dangerous deporting a legal resident is. This is literally the point of the 1st Amendment. This is their test to see how much they can get away with. Next it will be immigration advocates and on. Don't make excuses.
