To the folks who will get or are being hit by the storm, you probably got water and bread and whatnot but...did you: * run the dishwasher and get everything clean * get disposable (and hopefully compostable) dishware? * get all your laundry done before the power kicks out? * check on your elderly neighbors and their plans? * batteries for flashlights if you don't have generators * those heat thingies that go in your gloves and boots if you're snowboarding? * come up with a plan for pets like reptiles or birds? Stay safe!

Sometimes I'm getting ready for work and I end up thinking to myself "I have a book to be writing, I have charity work to be thinking about, I have amazing friends to be spending time with, why tf do I have to be thinking about inventory numbers???" and this shit really is so unfair.
