The Trump administration said the executive order would not apply retroactively to current passports, meaning current passports, including those with X gender markers, remain valid. It is unclear how they intend to enforce the policy for transgender people renewing passports.

Something I really like about this comic is that it features fat and trans and disabled characters in both background and starring roles and it's just completely straightforward about it. Comics and prose are two mediums that should be wildly unrestrained about this stuff!
