Today I showed the designers that you can name cells in spreadsheets and use the names in formulas (i.e. "=PLAYER_LEVEL" instead of "=C12"). You can then use the Name Manager to track or rename them. I thought this was common knowledge, but I guess not, so sharing that tidbit here.

Yep, the microSD just died, can't get it read anywhere.
Annoying, but better than losing the SD2Vita as SD cards are aplenty.

tbh the Vita was freezing when installing stuff, I thought it had something to do with the homebrews or reading speed, but probably the microSD was faulty.
Will do some testing tomorrow and maybe buy a new one.

Meh, the microSD I was using with the SD2Vita either died or is bricking the system. Even rebooting without plugins, after using YAMT to go back to the default memory card does nothing, so it's a hardware issue.
Used a 16gb one that I had lying around to test and it worked.

I have a friend who unironically still uses her 3DS to take pictures sometimes, hahaha.
And it feels nicer than the overprocessed smartphone photos.

Oh god, I think I found its name.
I need to resurrect my DMG GB, so I can snap photos with a Game Boy Camera while listening to music on a GBA.

Haha, if it had a flap cover to protect the buttons and the screens (mine are scratched already, don't want to make it worse), I would! Even tho it's a little too big to carry in the pockets (unless I'm using one of my cargo pants).
Maybe I could use a jailbroken 3DS instead.

Sometimes I wish I had the patience to learn how to code, especially low-level languages, so I could buy one of those retro computers or whatever and have some fun doing random stuff with tech, but away from the big computer.

Alguns livros que eu trouxe do Brasil pra Portugal foram afetados por umidade. Meu Game Boy DMG parou de funcionar aqui também e tá cheio de ferrugem nos contatos. Um headphone meu tava crescendo mofo na espuma, mesmo estando guardado na caixa e com sílica junto.

Acho que meu trabalho dos sonhos é ter uma loja de videogame nos anos 90 que de noite vira um barzinho de rock com arcade.
Pena que nos anos 90 eu era criança e sem dinheiro.

I thought so, even though they could've focused on first-party titles. (I guess Sony kinda did that, but in a limited way.)
This model works great for GOG tho (which is older than the Vita and 3DS), and it has less financial power than Sony/Nintendo. I can only imagine what these two could've done.

It's so weird that you can just convert PS1 ISOs or GBA ROMs to the appropriate format and they just... work.
Why didn't these companies exploit this to just dump their entire catalogue at once on their digital stores?

[I'd guess licensing maybe lol]

I wonder if, had they explored more of this, old and classic could've been continuously sold through the years instead of requiring spending money for remasters every generation. Probably selling "official ROMs" digitally would've been way cheaper.
