Honestly gobsmacked by how many people I know who have used ChatGPT for a laugh - or for legitimate academic work. When I point out the environmental harm caused by their messing around they just sort of laugh it off.

Speaking about compression items & braces. A lot of people wait till there are severe issues before wearing them. I've learned that you're supposed to use them earlier to prevent damage. The same goes with mobility aids. Basically if you think you need it, you definitely need it.
