Results and estimates have still been solid. It might be as simple as "the multiple got a little ahead of itself". Coming back into range now tho.

To be fair, I dont think the facts matter to this DOJ. Trump's DOJ will stonewall the Netflix bid. But will allow the Para bid. ... The shareholders have to take that into account.

This is also the dirty secret of index funds. They're a momentum trade -- the winners get bigger, and the losers fade away. The average investor will buy more of stocks that drop. (ie, "Dollar cost averaging".) Dont do that.
