Batman no. 218 (Feb 1970) aka DC Giant G-67. After being 80-Page Giant comics throughout the 1960s, by this point the page count had dropped to 64. Still, that’s a whole lotta great 1950s Batman reprints for a quarter 🤩. Cover by Murphy Anderson.

For those dismissing these George Perez nudes are AI, they are not. I only have tiny thumbnails.

According to Andy Mangels, George did nude women early in his career but changed his mind, because the characters were own by Marvel or DC, and he wanted to respect their IP.

Based on Alex Raymond's comic strip, the "Jungle Jim" radio show premiered 90 years ago, on November 2, 1935. Jungle Jim was voiced by Matt Crowley, who voiced other comics characters on the radio, such as Buck Rogers, Dick Tracy and Mark Trail. Here's the Jungle Jim strip from November 3, 1935.
