We’re not sure what separates the Trump admin from the “terrorists” it claims to be fighting. You watch whats happening and can’t even process it—what the hell is going on is all we can think. Our Constitution grants everyone within this country the same legal protections, regardless of citizenship.

Decent news from the state Capitol: The Senate has rejected a bill that would have required a 67% popular vote to pass constitutional amendments and opened the door to lawmakers changing (or repealing!) existing amendments. But it could be back.

A bill supported by Gov. Sanders would let power companies build more infrastructure without regulatory oversight and recoup the costs from consumers, even if the spending is speculative or if it brings no clear benefit to the state.
Power companies would be able to raise your electric bill more easily under new legislation
SB307 removes several protections against rate increases, makes it easier for utilities to pass costs to customers, and neuters regulators' ability to do much about it.
