Took this video at 8 am. It's already switched over to rain. I do think this is the earliest I've ever seen snow coating surfaces in my part of VA, though. If we get any, it usually doesn't happen until late January, though I do remember the post Christmas walloping we got in 2010.

I drank this glass of whiskey and watched one of my favorite episodes of Mad Men (Guy Walks into Advertising Agency). I was toasting to my friend who finished his surgical rotation today. He's gonna be a great PA.

Assuming Trump and his cronies don't reduce the US to a pile of rubble and bones by the end of his term, the very least the next president can do is redo all the stuff he undid.
Ideally the next president would do more, but I realize the minimum may take some time considering all he's undone.

Watching last night's #TAR38 and I can so empathize with Izzy and I love how supportive Paige is and how loving they are to each other. Perfect couple, so glad they made it to final four because I don't know if I could have kept watching this season without them.

My grandmother passed away today. My grandfather was by her side holding her hand to the end.
We all knew it was coming, but I guess nothing prepares you for the moment it happens even as we watched her fade to the faintest flicker.
