Did you know that coral reefs extend to depths of about 150m? The deeper communities are very different and poorly known with some of the most incredible fish I've ever seen. This one is Odontanthias katayamai that I photographed at about 140m depth in the Marshall Islands!

helping friends makes you feel accomplished. it feels wonderful to be useful, especially to those you like! it generates a sense of purpose, which then ignites inspiration to do the same for others.
this is why community building is so important, and why it’s the first thing to get attacked.

is helping others.
It can be something small- sharing a job ad with a fired colleague, looking over a resume- or something larger.
