Yesterday, Trump targeted me at a speech be the Department of Justice. If he thinks it will cause me to back down he is wrong. My law firm is currently litigating 46 pro-democracy cases in 21 states, with more to come.

We are not done fighting and we are not done winning.

Social Media getting so bad for news I just subscribed to the NYT. Kinda excited about their famous cooking section. Recently I’ve been into Chinese, but want to get into cookies.

I dedicated years of my life to reporting on January 6 and exposing what happened. I was there that day, co-wrote a book, and published a series of major stories on my own, for Rolling Stone, and for TPM.

I hope it mattered. I hope history will remember and understand what happened.

There is a reason TikTok is so good at figuring out what you want to see, and why it’s better than everything else: it’s a weapon, and the best weapon is one you don’t know exists, or worse, one you think you can’t live without

European sensibilities to speech and misinformation is better attributed to the horrors of WW2, rather than the desire for Communistic control.

New in PN: Jack Smith reminds us of the futility of truth in the Trump era

"Smith’s final report feels a bit quaint, a relic of an era that started off hopefully but is now fully behind us. It's a sad reminder of the futility of truth as Biden exits the scene."

“OpenAI is launching a new beta feature in ChatGPT called Tasks that lets users schedule future actions and reminders.”

And you know that once you start jotting down actions and reminders, it won't be long before ChatGPT starts auctioning the execution of those tasks to various agents. 🤑🤑🤑

I'm sorry but the Dems are ridiculously bad at their Hegspeth questions. IMO, if you want to prove someone is incompetent, you ask them the hardest strategic questions they will have to know to succeed at the job

Smith explains the delays: "Mr. Trump's repeated assertion of the presidential-communications privilege as a basis to withhold evidence required extensive preindictment litigation that delayed the Office's receipt of important testimony and other evidence." 6/

The reality is that Salesmanship is the differentiation between the two parties.

The Dems couldn't sell dollar bills for 50c

Trump has found his audience and can sell them dollar bills for $5

When everything is a story the algorithm flashes at you as you scroll, you better be selling fast
It is truly about who tells a better story — or really a story people want to hear and makes them see what they believe rather than believe what they see.
More jobs have been created under Biden than during the full terms of Trump, Obama, or Bush 43. @danprimack.bsky.social www.axios.com/2025/01/10/i...

THREAD: In 2023, I received an envelope with no return address. Inside was a flash drive containing tens of 1000s of secret files.

It came from a vigilante with a tumultuous past, who'd conducted a years-long undercover operation. He didn’t tell the FBI or his family. He only told me.

Respect to @anntelnaes.bsky.social for quitting the Washington Post due to censorship over her on-point cartoon. More of this from artists and writers, please. Don't obey in advance, especially to the broligarchy.
