Talked to my son in LA earlier today and advised him to treat these fires just like we treat a hurricane:
-- make sure your car is gassed up, cuz it might be tough to find a working station if it all goers to hell
-- have some cash, in case banks gets jacked up w power loss

This feels almost inevitable, right? They’ve been expert at gaslighting all of us without the power of unchecked government behind them .
