One of the most melodramatically malevolent federal officials ever to do it. If we live through this he should maybe become a stock villain of Italian theater.

It is impossible to measure the level of stupidity that is needed to type this
“You can still be rich even if you’re not a billionaire!” Sure—and if you strip billions from someone like Jeff Bezos, he’ll invest less in building things that actually improve people’s lives. Amazon has done more for the average person than the government could dream of.

I can’t speak for every city, but here in LA, ICE bounty hunters aren’t going after gang members. They’re hunting the vulnerable: gardeners, street vendors, day laborers.
Easy money, no risk.
Folks need to stop pretending this is about crime.

I can’t speak for every city, but here in LA, ICE bounty hunters aren’t going after gang members. They’re hunting the vulnerable: gardeners, street vendors, day laborers.
Easy money, no risk.
