A gangster state at home, a rogue state abroad: and entirely because Congress and the Supreme Court have abdicated their proper constitutional roles.

Wouldn’t it be great if someone OTHER than racists got pandered to once in a while? Why do they get all the pandering? Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a society where the “concerns” of people who AREN’T semi-literate piss-blooded wife-beaters were treated as a priority?

Why can I remember no Labour politician making this point, this well?

Everybody except the Greens seems to think the best way to fight Reform is to agree with Farage about everything.

This, right here, is brilliant. And genuinely patriotic. And so, so true.

There's a rumour that Nigel Farage is keeping his head down because he's off to a Trump cheerleading conference over the weekend.

I’m afraid I’m being proved right- Farage is far more interested in Trump's success than British security. He is a bootlicker and a plastic patriot.

I hear Nigel Farage is declining interview requests. First time for everything, I suppose. I suspect he’ll eventually speak to whoever is least likely to challenge him properly.

Nobody will ever sell Britain out quite like the Far Right will.

It's amazing how keen they were to "get our country back", only to gift wrap it and hand it over to dictators and bullies.

Make no mistake. Every politician, pundit & online grifter amplifying Musk's dangerous lies will be aware of this intervention by now. Make no mistake, they are choosing to mislead the public & politicise the suffering of victims in the shameful pursuit of political advantage, attention & clicks.

Completely agree. The BBC is letting itself down badly by treating this as a story to be balanced between two competing claims. But Musk’s argument should be treated with the disdain reserved for people who think Covid vaccines implanted microchips in our brains or that climate change is a hoax.
To report, as the bbc radio 4 six o'clock news has just done, that Elon Musk has 'accused Keir Starmer of failing victims' is a bowlderisation and a sanitisation.
