Craving a heavy beef stroganoff but trying to eat in a more balanced way, so I doubled the mushrooms and added peas, asparagus, and romanesco broccoli, and used half the beef (we had a bit left over). I realize now what I really wanted was a mustard, sour cream, and Worcestershire soup.
