Hurula var precis vad mitt huvud behövde efter den här veckan. Kanonspelning trots att han hade det lite kämpigt med rösten.
Det har varit en vecka men ikväll blir det Hurula och mina föräldrar kommer över helgen så det kunde vara värre.

Evergreen advice for new artists, remove "Aspiring Artist" or whatever variation out of your bio! Are you making art? Then you're an artist! Life as a creative can be difficult enough as is. Starting off on the path by putting yourself down doesn't help you.

I keep telling students: I don't care about the essay. I'm not expecting to learn much about the French Revolution or the Great Gatsby from what you write. I've read the essay you're gonna write dozens of times.

Honestly LLMs are a great tool if you're someone who thinks beauty, art, human connection, and the planet are all a waste of time.
If you think that all meaningful parts of life should be replaced for some theoretical future gain in efficiency, then boy do we have a tool for you.

I truly can't stress this enough: No one's art is good enough to justify them being miserable to work with. Almost everyone I've worked with has been wonderful, but the handful of folks that weren't brought the whole team down by being egotistical, sexist, condescending, etc.

i really loved my intro to film prof in uni. he was so passionate and expressive and an adorable dork of an old man, and one class i absentmindedly doodled a bunch of cartoons of him. before i graduated i slipped him a copy of the drawings and was too nervous he’d be insulted so i left quickly…
