Watching #twbtlats is just me asking Google increasingly weird questions about fish as I wonder why Salt is just a human with some scales. Why is this the design they decided on? (Unfortunately the answer is almost certainly “because she has to look fuckable”)

The message of It’s a Wonderful Life is that the guy who’s had memory issues since around the same time his brother died of a stroke maybe shouldn’t be in charge of depositing cash, or doing anything that requires short-term memory
To watch a “It’s a Wonderful Life” for the 50th time is to confirm that MAGA is totally bogus.

The message of It’s a Wonderful Life is that the guy who’s had memory issues since around the same time his brother died of a stroke maybe shouldn’t be in charge of depositing cash, or doing anything that requires short-term memory
My favorite version of this is how every year I lived in the U.K., friends were surprised that we don’t have Pancake Day in the U.S. So I, an American Jew, had to explain to secular Christians what Fat Tuesday is and why I don’t celebrate it (yes we have Mardi Gras, that’s still a religious holiday)
