How many of these scandals will it take before MLB, and all pro sports, admit that endorsing sports betting is an inherent conflict of interest that will ruin the sport? Sure, there will be bigger profits for a while, but then the sports will lose all credibility and viewership.

If Dems win in 2026, we need hearings to publicize the abuses by federal law enforcement. Then pass a bill creating a path to sue for those abuses. Trump will veto it. Let him. Let the public see these videos & hear from victims, & then learn there's no way to hold the abusive officers accountable.

Every flashbang could instead be a meal for a poor kid. Every hotel room for a National Guardsman deployed to fire at our neighbors could house a homeless vet. Every "less-than-lethal" bullet pulled from a journalist's eye could be already needed healthcare for anyone else. All of this is a choice.
