Yeah your probably going to have to boost pressure as running across decent filters might loose to much flow so lots of questions and yeah your probably going to want them inside the suit (also so it can be more easily supported for comfort)

This is kind of the root cause of the problem of their general lawlessness, BUT! This does give standing for contempt of court proceedings against officers, and more importantly their commanders for failing to enforce their own policies. Which is a path of actually getting real prosecutions soon.
