I lead tours at Channel Islands National Park, CA. A couple of years ago, I spent the day hiking with a group of Russians and Ukrainians, and I took this photo at Inspiration Point on Anacapa Island.

The past couple days have made it clear that arresting and prosecuting Johnathan Ross isn’t just the right thing to do, it is necessary to prevent future violence by ICE who have interpreted the situation as “we can do that to whoever we want”

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.
