This seems really significant. The Judge will want to know how the error occurred and who fed the lawyers inaccurate information. Government lawyers are trained to make sure their representations to the court on material matters are truthful and accurate. Judge Kelley is unlikely to be pleased.

It would be the ultimate fools gold if they got in at 9-8 or even 8-9. The organizational culture and decision making is broken. Has to be reset with a better visionary leader & strategist at the helm. Do the hard work.
