slow motion coup. a 50/50 swing state that elected 3 dem governors in a row that instead gets permanent, unaccountable GOP control. Now stealing election boards to rig future races. Tyranny.
North Carolina's governor has appointed election board members since 1901. But with Democrat Josh Stein set to take office, the GOP moved swiftly to transfer this power to a GOP-held office, giving themselves control of the boards.
