I think i accidentally took my adhd meds twice yesterday.

But honestly, besides not being able to sleep, my day went really well so maybe I should increase my dose.

I wanna talk about my weightloss but I dont wanna talk about it.

Been slowly trying to do better, and it's been working. But slow. But I did get to a new number today, so that was nice.

What the Alberta government just did should worry all Canadians.

When they legislated striking teachers back to work, they went a step further:

They used the notwithstanding clause.

This is part of a worrying trend.

@emmettmacfarlane.com helped me break it down:

Sometimes it's so incredibly obvious to have white privilege in Canada, because my (white) immigrant husband will pull out his bus pass for the stm "police" people, and i won't.

Neither of us will get carded of course, but he is always a bit surprised. Because everyone in Russia would get carded.

Also maybe because I live in mtl, but the french are pretty nice imo. But it was only 1 week in France.

In Vannes, all the people who only spoke French were the sweetest ever. And the bilingual people, perfectly normal interactions.

One of my favorite things about France was how they still craft goods with leather, unlike North America, which is obsessed with "vegan leather," aka polyurethane, that breaks down in 1-5 years.

Sorry, I'm trying to help the environment by buying something that lasts.

I was telling my husband I like Paris because it's so huge, it seems like it would take a long time to explore it. Unlike most cities I have been to.

He is not impressed with the size, because he is from Moscow.

Im annoying about nature, he is annoying about cities.

Growing up in BC, Canada, ruined me a little because why can't I appreciate the coast of France more.
