I think the large number of TTRPG-curious people walking in to Iglootree (.com) is down to the fact that RPGs are only about 1/4 of the mission there. It's mostly weirdo comics (no, weirder than what you're thinking), literature and occult, and the overlap to RPGs is HUGE

When I worked as a Games Workshop shop monkey, 90% of my job was a do intro games to anyone we could get our claws into. TTRPG people, do it more! Become a company bigger than the UK fishing industry! And do it at Iglootree, it costs nothing other than time

These "introduction" one-shots I'm running aren't just for total newbies. Anyone can come. Unironically, I think it's valuable for people to witness me run a game 'cos while I have a lot of experience I am in no way especially good at it! Be freed of the pressure to be amazing at games!
