A background I did in the mid 2000s for a Nintendo DS Game. It stretched both screens, and the colors were an absolute bitch to get right, because the Nintendo DS's screens were terrible with dark blues. I changed them around 20 times, until they looked "ok" on the display #pixelart #ドット絵

The main reason it took so long outside the obvious is that originally I was planning to just do the canon designs for the items but after doing my Link redesign I foolishly decided to redesign every single item. Not counting Link himself there are 87 items in there.
