"We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation of uncharged third parties" just doesn't have quite the ring to it that "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" does.

Thoughts on boycotts: inflict pain on the corporation. Buying a couple 99 cent ebooks from a self-published author on Amazon is fine. Don’t buy a microwave on it. Purity is never the answer. Restraint though and thoughtfulness is.
