We made the decision at TFS around 8-ish years ago to make it VERY clear that we don't abide bigots. We don't want marginalized people feel unwelcome in our spaces.
We really try to make it clear at every turn.

Hot take, but I think if you have an audience, you are responsible for that audience because they're a reflection of you.
If folks are in your spaces harassing other people, especially on your behalf, and you choose to do nothing about it, you're letting everyone know that's acceptable to you.

reminder: It is illegal to use a device like the Allmiibo ($12) to skirt around the $30 greed of a $4b company UNLESS of course you own every Amiibo and manually scanned them into the Allmiibo (after wiping it because it comes preloaded with all of them)
