Ich wundere mich sehr über die mediale Stille dazu. 1/2

Our new paper (w/ @dziblatt.bsky.social and E Dinas), out now in the @bjpols.bsky.social, finds that doing so erodes norms more than when far-right politicians make similar statements.

Unabhängig vom Vorgang sollte der Vergleich mit den USA u Roe v. Wade doch eigentlich darauf verweisen, wie wenig die deutsche Rspr selbst auf sicherer textlicher Grundlage steht.Wer Roe für Abweichg v Text kritisiert,kann kaum methodisch konsistent expansive Schutzpflichten nach dem GG verteidigen.

The elections in Poland will raise doubts about semi-presidentialism, rightly so. But it is important to get the critique right.
