Proud daughter! My dad's been filming and helping my cousin work on trucks. He edited his first YouTube video. I helped him with a logo and thumbnail.

Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.

Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

If you can't (or refuse to) fathom that people will stand up for themselves based on their principles and humanity--& not because they're getting paid--you're telling on yourself.

If you knowingly spread this lie, you're scared & desperate. Because We the People are pushing back.
In mass numbers.

I'm really torn on sharing this because I want people to know that I'm literally one of thousands of people doing the same thing, I'm not the face of it, but someone wrote a protest song for Minneapolis and it's genuinely catchy and I want to respect their work too

Renee Good had a pulse when EMS arrived. I’m not sure it would have made a difference if ICE had let that civilian physician render aid before EMS arrived, but now we will never know. www.nytimes.com/live/2026/01...

A qr code to identify them?? You think they'll just willingly let folks scan it? Won't this make them even more hostile to folks having their phones out? Also you can't record video and scan a qr at the same time afaik. Horrible idea.
I am introducing the Quick Recognition (QR) Act, which requires ICE and CBP officers to wear uniforms featuring QR codes. When scanned, the code would generate a digital ID displaying the officer’s name, badge number, and law enforcement agency.

ICE should be unmasked both physically and digitally.

Yup, as a web dev I now have to not just consider seo but 'aeo' (ai engine optimization). Chatgpt can't read pages rendered client-side (how most modern frameworks work) so we had to re-do them. Ai needs to be able to know what products to push to you.
Big/bad news for consumers. Google is out today with an announcement of how they plan to integrate shopping into their AI offerings including search and Gemini. The plan includes “personalized upselling.” I.e. Analyzing your chat data and using it to overcharge you. 1/2

Reeeally want to ask my self-proclamined "constitutional conservative" mother (who's probably never read the constitution) what she thinks about ice conducting door to door raids, entering homes, with no warrant.

Welcome to Minnesota, fuckers. Also this is super disturbing because the ICE agent's assault rifle appears to fire as he falls down.

This was filmed by a friend near Chicago and Lake last night.

Americans have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents.

They’ve had their necks kneeled on.

They’ve been held outside in the rain while in their underwear.

At least three citizens were pregnant when agents detained them.
More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents. They’ve Been Kicked, Dragged and Detained for Days.
The government does not track how often immigration agents grab citizens. So ProPublica did. Our tally — almost certainly incomplete — includes people who were held for days without a lawyer. And near...
