25 years ago today, SCOTUS elected George W Bush president of the United States by blocking completion of a voting canvass in Florida. A subsequent canvass by the Associated Press showed that Bush's rival, Al Gore, had won the race in Florida—and thus the contest for the presidency—by 700 votes.

OMG! Some of you know that I worked for Gowdy’s prosecutor’s office for 6 yrs in the early 2000s. When I retired from fed service, I cc’d him my goodbye email. He sent me a kind congratulatory note. I let go of any disappointment I had in him. But, damn, here we go. Again.

Was Leiweke charged by the Biden DOJ?
Nope!
Trump’s own DOJ charged Leiweke this past July.
Leiweke was repped by former Congressman Trey Gowdy per CNN.

That’s what happens when you fire half of Northern Virginia for no good reason.
Looks like the Dems will pick up 12 seats in the VA House of Delegates, which will go from 51-49 to 63-37 D-R. That's an honestly shocking result.

I know what it’s like to not have food security as a child. I know what it’s like to be in a family that had to depend on assistance during certain times in our lives. I’m absolutely disgusted that this administration is holding back government food money purposely. #SNAP
