RIP Guitar Steve
One of the truly great: Steve Cropper passed away, the guitarist of the Stax Records band Booker T & the MG's, which backed artists such as Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, Carla Thomas, Rufus Thomas and Johnnie Taylor. He also acted as the producer and songwriter of many of these records.
