This is a great article describing the toxicity and sadistic glee of the “town hall” lecture that #MTG held in Acworth. “We are NOT the same!” #indivisibleacworth #indivisiblecobb

It’s important for these Democratic senators to hear from their constituents right now. Email your senators and tell them to protect our elections by rejecting the GOP’s voter suppression bill.
Tell Your Senator(s) to Vote NO on the Silencing Americans Act
Republicans are once again pushing what we’re calling the “Silencing Americans Act”, a dangerous bill that would create unnecessary obstacles for millions of eligible Americans trying to register to v...

The MTG Town Hall was a disgrace. No dissent/live questions allowed. Someone even shouted to shoot this man. #indivisible #meidastouch #mtgtownhall

We expected hundreds of thousands of people yesterday.

Instead, millions of Americans flooded the streets to demand an end to Trump’s authoritarian power grab.

Trump and Musk have spent their first 75 days in office trying to overwhelm us and make us feel powerless, but we’re not going anywhere.

So proud of everyone who came out for #handsoff today! Let's turn this moment into a movement!! #indivisible #50501movement
Absolutely proud of you all! HUG! So far, 3.1 million protesters counted today — that’s nearly 1% of the U.S. population! Photos are flooding social media everywhere. Still waiting on more numbers to come in.

Leah and I closed out the DC rally with 100k there, hopped on a bike, got some McDonalds fries, and are now headed back home to the kids.

Feeling so lifted. Millions came out today. Feel good - today was historic.

Fascists want us to feel alone. Well, so much for that.

We will win. ❤️💪♥️

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

The Democrats are now complicit in what the Republican Party is doing. This was our chance to stand up! Time to primary these senators out.
Rollover and play dead wins. I'm honestly really sorry everyone. This is a bad, depressing outcome. We tried our best, and we didn't succeed. We're circling up with Indivisible group leaders over the next day to plan for what accountability will look like. Stay tuned.
The final tally to advance the CR is 62-38.

The Democrats who voted for cloture, giving Donald Trump everything he wants:

Cortez Masto (NV)
Durbin (IL)
Fetterman (PA)
Gillibrand (NY)
Hassan (NH)
Peters (MI)
Schatz (HI)
Schumer (NY)
Shaheen (NH)

Protect our Vets! Thank you @indivisibleacworth.bsky.social
Some photos from Indivisible Cobb's Veterans Rally!

The significance of the date, 3/14, stands for the 14th Amendment, Section 3, which disqualifies individuals who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion from holding public office.

Vets raise their right hands to defend the constitution!!!

No Dem Senator has to follow Schumer here. This is a weak stategic move driven by fear and learned helplessness. Don't follow him. He's leading the party into irrelevance and helping Trump and Musk in the process.

Call your Dem Senators and ask them not to join Schumer's surrender tomorrow.
SCHUMER just now: "While the CR bill is very bad, the potential for a shutdown has consequences for America that are much, much worse."

Quick check to see who our allies are now: if 9/11 happened today, who would actually help us find who did it? Canada? No. The EU? No. We are alone except for Israel and maybe Russia, which is too preoccupied to help, and whose “help” would be bad. We are so incredibly unsafe and effectively fucked.

🚨 Everyone needs to call their Dem Senator right now. They are starting to cave.

Tell them:
1. Vote NO on Cloture
AND
2. Vote NO on the Republican spending bill.

Don’t let them pivot to reconciliation. GOP doesn’t need Dem votes on that and they know it.

TODAY is the showdown.
